Build from the ground up.

Whether we’re starting with clearing land for a build, or on a parcel ready to go, Franco Homes will give you custom quality with production speed.

We believe successful home builds begin with clear communication. Here’s what you can expect when building with Franco Homes.

1.

Initial Consultation

After you reach out, we schedule a time to visit your property and review your project in person.

During this visit we will discuss your goals and vision for the space, talk potential layout changes, and take notes as well as measurements.

2.

Estimate Preparation

After the consultation, we prepare a detailed estimate based on the tasks we discussed.

If the project involves structural changes, design work, or permitting requirements, those steps will be outlined within the estimate.

3.

Construction Begins

Once planning is complete and materials are scheduled, we begin construction and manage the project from start to finish.

We’ll coordinate the materials, trades and inspections while keeping you updated along the way.

4.

Completion & Beyond

Once construction is finished, we perform a final walk-through to ensure everything meets the agreed scope and quality standards.

But just because the project is complete doesn’t mean the relationship ends. At Franco Homes, we take pride in building lasting relationships with our clients.

Many of the people we work with become long-term friends, and we’re always here if you need advice, future improvements, or simply want to stay connected!

Provide us some more information on your build. We’ll reach back out and get the ball rolling.
